Almost Christmas

Bentley loves caroling to people! He especially LOVES his santa hat! Every year we have so much fun spreading Holiday cheer and visiting people.

Our ward Christmas party......Bentley loves Santa! However, not the talking, moving, real santa! He was so excited until he saw santa move! All of our Santas at home do NOT move.

This is the best picture we could get....he was not letting go of mom for the life of him! Gosh, he's sweet.

Everyday Magic

Lately I've been pondering on the blessing of children. Everyday there are messes, memories, crying, hugs, poopy diapers that make you gag, tickles, discipline, and kisses galore. Some things are not as pleasant as the others----but boy sweet times are truly magic. There is something incredible about the unconditional love your own child has for you. As a parent you may not always be nice and sometimes you get busy with other things and forget to just get down on the floor and have a tickle fight with your child, and laugh until you snort; But they still love you, and when you later remember to play with them-they love you just the same. I consider motherhood a great priviledge with incredible responsibilities that I am honored to embark upon with my children.

Fall Walks

This is Bentley's new pose......he likes to pretend he's shy and doesn't love the attention----underneath that hand he is grinning ear to ear, and laughing.

We love going for walks in the fall. Especially when we can hold dads hand.

Oh my goodness----I just eat his little face. I can hardly believe this is my little boy!

An Addition

Dearest Family and friends.....we are EXPECTING another ADDITION TO OUR FAMILY! I just found out I am pregnant with our 2nd!!! We are so excited. Oh my goodness!

Happy Birthday and Anniversary!

My sweet Bentley is giving me kisses. Thanks for the open mouth B! He doesn't have it figured out yet. He is so precious. Byron and Bentley came to visit me at our holiday Bazaar we held. It is always fun to see them. I truly feel I could not be any happier, nor more blessed.

November 4th was our 3rd Anniversary. My mother watched Bentley for us for a few hours, while Byron and I went up to Leavenworth and had a late lunch and skipped down the street hand in hand-literally. A girl our age drove past us on the street smiling ear-to-ear-because she was jealous that her man was too proud to be silly with her! I LOVE that about Byron-there is no one to impress but me-so if I like it he's great! *we have to thank our family for the very thoughtful and tender cards they sent! We so appreciate your love and kind thoughts! We love you too!

Byron's birthday is 6 days before our anniversary. He is 26!!!! I had Jared and Christine Potter surprise him and meet us for lunch at Red Robin. It was so fun! Byron and I love Jared and Christine to death-and of course Carson too! That evening my sister Stacia came over to our house with her two daughters Brielle and Sicily, as well as my parents for some icecream cake. We had a fabulous day just being together-Bentley and I never get enough of him!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Bentley James Lott a 19 month old lion! I wanted him to be a lion because he LOVES to growl-he lifts his arms-and squishes his nose and eyes-and this little rar comes out----he is so precious!

Byron was a little jealous that Bentley was so adorable-he thought he would be too! What do you think?! I was laughing soooo hard I'm surprised I got pictures with him in them! I told Byron----he would be an UGLY hippy! I love MY LIONS!

Bentley James is our precious little boy! We were growling and wrestling on the bed! How we love our little boy! He is already 19 months and growing too fast!

Sunday naps

Is there anything better than Sunday naps? We don't think so! Bentley fell asleep on Byron while byron was rubbing his back. So sweet. I don't want Bentley to get any bigger. Is there a way to prevent it? Children are the greatest blessing and opportunity for challenging us! We love our little guy, and our big guy too!

Lunch Time means Play Time!

Bentley and I take lunch to Byron almost everyday. We enjoy visiting and seeing Byron. Bentley is usually busy checking out the equiptment to make sure everything is running well, and that dad is working. Bentley truly is his dads little boy---but he loves his mama!
